1. Participate in the development of relevant safety measures in the construction organization design, be familiar with project-related safety standards and regulations, and understand construction processes.
Responsible for on-site management of construction projects and material planning; proficient in design codes for HVAC, plumbing & drainage, and purification engineering projects.
2. Responsible for establishing and improving the safety management system related to this project.
3. Provide safety technical education on planned safety production procedures, policies, regulations, and safety technical operating procedures.
4. Inspect safety and technical briefings at all levels.
5. Conduct daily safety inspections at the construction site and keep detailed records.
6. Participate in and supervise the acceptance of relevant construction equipment and safety protection measures.
7. Check and ensure the signing of all safety production contracts.
8. Actively cooperate with the higher authorities in their inspections of project safety production, and implement “designated person, designated time, and designated measures” for rectifying any issues identified during these inspections.
9. Responsible for the collection, organization, filing, and safekeeping of production safety information.
Eligibility requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; age 25 or older; major in HVAC (Environmental Engineering), Thermal Energy and Power, Water Supply and Drainage, or a related field; holding a Grade II Construction Engineer Qualification Certificate (must be issued by Guangdong Province).
2. Proactive and highly motivated, with a strong team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and more than five years of experience in the construction of purification projects.
3. Experience in installing purification workshops is required; possession of a passport is preferred.
