High-level purified air conditioning system
A cleanroom air-conditioning system is a system that continuously supplies a certain amount of treated air into the cleanroom to maintain the required parameters, such as temperature, humidity, air velocity, pressure, and cleanliness, thereby eliminating various thermal and moisture disturbances as well as dust contamination both inside and outside the cleanroom.
A clean air conditioning system is basically composed of the following equipment:
1. Heating or cooling, humidification or dehumidification, and air purification equipment;
2. Air handling equipment and its piping systems that deliver and circulate the treated air into each cleanroom;
3. Provide the system with heat, cooling capacity, heat sources, cold sources, and their piping systems.
Clean air conditioning systems are generally divided into three major categories:
1. Centralized Clean Air Conditioning System: All the air-conditioning and purification equipment required for one or more cleanrooms within the system are centralized in a central machine room, and clean air is distributed to individual cleanrooms via supply ducts.
2. Decentralized clean air conditioning system: Each cleanroom within the system is equipped with its own separate purification equipment or purified air conditioning unit.
3. Semi-centralized clean air conditioning system: In this system, there is both a centralized air-conditioning and purification machine room and air-handling equipment distributed throughout individual cleanrooms. It represents a combination of centralized and localized treatment approaches.
People generally name air-conditioning systems based on the cleanliness level of each cleanroom within the system—for example, a “100-level purification air-conditioning system” or a “1000-level purification air-conditioning system.” Sometimes, systems are also classified according to the characteristics of their final-stage filters, being divided into high-efficiency air purification systems, sub-high-efficiency air purification systems, and medium-efficiency air purification systems.
