This product is meticulously crafted using all-stainless steel seamless welding technology, boasting exceptional corrosion resistance and capable of withstanding the corrosive effects of various disinfectants, including formaldehyde, vaporized hydrogen peroxide, and gaseous chlorine dioxide. The system supports modular combination installation, allowing it to operate either as a standalone unit or in a networked configuration with multiple units, making it suitable for application scenarios of varying scales. Equipped with an intelligent control system, it is compatible with both single-door autonomous control and multi-door interlocking control modes. Through real-time status monitoring and interlock logic control, the system provides comprehensive operational safety.Performance metrics:

2. Inflation/deflation time for inflatable sealing strips: ≤5 seconds;
3. Number of inflation and deflation cycles for inflatable sealing strips: ≥10,000 cycles;
4. Air tightness: Under a pressure of ±500 Pa, the sealed space can maintain air tightness with a leakage rate of less than 0.25% vol/h.
5. Safety Redundancy: Both sides of the airtight door are equipped with emergency stop buttons and manual air-release valves, which can effectively prevent the airtight door from becoming unable to open due to electrical or pneumatic system failures.
6. The stainless steel plate thickness of the door body shall be no less than 2.0 mm, with a robust structure capable of withstanding a pressure of 2500 Pa.
7. Corrosion Resistance: Made from high-quality stainless steel, it is resistant to disinfectants, detergents, and chemical reagents such as acids and alkalis.
8. Equipped with an electromagnetic lock, enabling interlocking functionality between the two doors.
