HUAKE-600 Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilizer

This device employs an innovative patented low-temperature flash vaporization technology that, through an instantaneous phase-change process, converts hydrogen peroxide solutions with concentrations of 30% to 35% into micron-sized sterilizing aerosols. In a closed space, these aerosols achieve sub-micron-level diffusion and coverage, creating a surface disinfection system with no dead zones. The entire unit features an integrated, seamless structure made of 316L medical-grade stainless steel, with a surface roughness of ≤0.8 μm, fully meeting the surface treatment standards for Class A cleanroom equipment as specified in GMP guidelines.
  • Product Description
  • Technical Note:
This device employs an innovative patented low-temperature flash vaporization technology. Through an instantaneous phase-change process, it converts hydrogen peroxide solutions with concentrations of 30% to 35% into micron-sized sterilizing aerosols, achieving sub-micron-level diffusion and coverage within enclosed spaces and creating a surface disinfection system with no dead zones. The entire unit features an integrated, seamless structure made of 316L medical-grade stainless steel, with a surface roughness of ≤0.8 μm, fully meeting the surface treatment standards for Class A cleanroom equipment as specified in GMP regulations.

The control system is equipped with an intelligent human-machine interaction interface, featuring a 7-inch industrial-grade graphical touch panel. It supports preset sterilization parameters, visualization of process curves, and traceability of sterilization data. The system incorporates a built-in PID adaptive algorithm that enables simultaneous multi-dimensional monitoring of spatial temperature (control accuracy ±0.5℃), relative humidity (monitoring accuracy ±2%RH), and hydrogen peroxide concentration (detection sensitivity 0.1 ppm). This allows for precise interlocked control of the sterilization cycle (0–240 minutes) and the dosing rate (1–5 mL/min).

The core sterilization module employs Dynamic Dew Point Control Technology (DPCT), which uses intelligent closed-loop control to maintain a dynamic equilibrium between the ambient dew point and the vaporization rate of the sterilant, ensuring that the gaseous hydrogen peroxide saturation level remains consistently within the critical range between supersaturation and recondensation (safety factor ≥ 1.5). As a result, the sterilization efficiency is improved by more than 40% compared to conventional vaporization methods. This equipment has been validated according to ISO 14937 standards and is suitable for high-end sterilization applications in settings such as biopharmaceutical cleanrooms, healthcare facilities, and research laboratories.

Instructions for the Sterilization Process of the HUAKE-600 Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilizer

The operation process of this device is divided into four standardized stages:
    1. Preparation Stage
The air conditioning system activates the temperature and humidity pre-conditioning function, stabilizing the basic parameters of the sterilization chamber to an initial operating condition of 22.5℃ temperature and 50% relative humidity, thereby creating optimal environmental conditions for efficient vaporization of hydrogen peroxide.

    2. **Balance Stage**
The hydrogen peroxide vapor (VHP) generator is activated, and the gaseous sterilant is evenly distributed throughout the entire space via a multi-directional circulation system. The concentration level is continuously monitored until it reaches the preset saturation threshold, at which point the system automatically switches to the sterilization procedure.

    3. **Sterilization Stage**
The equipment enters the timed sterilization cycle, during which the central control system collects and stores real-time data on ambient temperature, humidity, and hydrogen peroxide concentration, precisely maintaining the preset sterilization parameters until the program’s designated duration is reached.

    4. **Degradation Stage**
After the sterilization procedure is completed, the equipment-linked air conditioning system activates the high-efficiency ventilation mode, and the catalytic decomposition unit starts operating simultaneously, continuously reducing the residual hydrogen peroxide concentration in the space to below the safe threshold of 1 ppm. A complete sterilization data package is automatically generated and archived.
