The composition of the purification engineering system consists of the following subsystems:

 (1) Ceiling System: Includes suspension rods, steel beams, and ceiling grid beams. The materials typically used are color-coated steel sheets and dust-free boards.

 (2) Air conditioning system: Includes the chiller unit, ductwork, filter system, FFUs, and more.

 (3) Partition panels: These include windows and doors, and the material used is color-coated steel sheet. However, there are many different types of core materials used in color-coated steel sheets.

 (4) Flooring: Raised floor, antistatic PVC flooring, or epoxy resin flooring.

 (5) Lighting fixtures: Use dust-free, dedicated lighting fixtures.
