1. The SenFan AC FFU is a fan-filter unit designed for both turbulent and laminar flow cleanrooms. It features high flexibility and is suitable for use in various ceiling grid and suspended ceiling systems.
Unique design, low noise, low energy consumption, high overall machine efficiency—every component material is characterized by low chemical gas emission, meeting the requirements of certain specialized industries.
Control System: The SenFan AC FFU can be optionally equipped with a manual five-speed controller or the latest smart cluster control system via computer, enabling flexible operation.
Accessory options: primary air inlet filter, diffuser plate for the outlet air, differential pressure gauge, online pressure monitoring, online particle monitoring, D0P test port, air inlet duct connection, indicator light, wind speed, and online temperature and humidity monitoring.
Special structural design: The professionally designed enclosure features a stable, high-strength structure that prevents leaks and eliminates resonance when multiple FFUs operate simultaneously. The enclosure is made of stainless steel, allowing it to be cleaned with disinfectants, making it ideally suited for use in sterilization equipment. Optionally available are enclosures made of galvanized steel or aluminum. A pre-filter can be added externally.
Higher total static pressure can be achieved at maximum airflow: By using the low-resistance SenCel II high-efficiency filter and combining it with the fan’s high total static pressure, a static pressure of 50–150 Pa can be provided outside the unit under rated airflow conditions.
