Special Gas Cabinet GC

The Gas Cabinet is a supply system specifically designed for the delivery of hazardous gases such as flammable, explosive, corrosive, and toxic gases. It can be categorized into three types based on operation mode: fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual. Its basic functions include automatic purging, automatic switching, and automatic safety shut-off in emergency situations (when preset alarm signals are triggered).
  • Product Description
  • The Gas Cabinet, a specialized system for supplying hazardous gases, is designed to ensure the safe transportation of flammable, explosive, corrosive, and toxic gases. Based on the degree of automation, it offers three operational modes: fully automatic (GT3), semi-automatic (GT2), and manual (GT1). The Gas Cabinet features built-in automatic purging and automatic switching functions, as well as an emergency safety shut-off device. Once a preset alarm signal is triggered, the system immediately activates its protective mechanisms, providing comprehensive safeguarding throughout the entire gas supply process.

The fully automatic special gas cabinet uses a PLC as its intelligent control core, paired with a touch screen for intuitive human-machine interaction. It integrates precision components such as pressure sensors, pneumatic valves, and flow meters to create a stable and efficient operating system. Thanks to the PLC’s safe interlocking logic, combined with the precise selection and layout design of high-purity valve components, this system not only meets the stringent requirements of semiconductor processes for continuous, stable supply of special gases at ultra-high purity levels but also ensures factory production continuity and personal safety through systematic safety protections.
